Responsibilities: come up with human-centered activations that inspire, educate and convert attendees to Indeed platform users; partner with strategists to determine creative strategic direction for future Indeed roadshows, trade shows and online events; make a proposal for expanding Indeed's experiential footprint; partner with 3d specialist to come up with solutions for trade show constructions; prepare creative and strategic presentation for the client.

For a big success it is important to approach audiences as humans by being empathetic, understanding, and sometimes light-hearted. Activations are points of active engagement with Indeed brand where customers can feel care, get reassured about their strengths, and have fun. Besides bringing good emotions, activations aimed to uplevel job seekers, show the breadth of possibilities, and enable professional growth.

Roadshow and Trade Show Activation.
This outward-facing activation is located at the entry point and is a playful attention grabber. Interactive video screen has a gamified experience that prompts people to choose skills and traits that apply to them. The screen generates a very fun profession that corresponds to their choices. 
A Gallery of Possibilities.

A multi-purpose accordion-type gallery can be used for many cases from customer success stories to demos. It is a flexible modular system that can be expanded or reduced based on the displayed content. It can be a complimentary structure to the big center point during trade shows, or serve as a stand-alone piece. The construction carries a minimalist style and can feet any show.

Roadshow Activation.
This activation allows to assess personal powers and get evaluation for a desired profession. Once job seekers enter the area of work interest on the screen, a list of required strengths for that profession appears. Those strengths are diplayed on small digital screens above the tubes and scales. Job seekers place corresponding weights to represent their strengths. Color tubes reflect their choices. Data from placed weights is sent to the screen and it generates the readout that contains personal evaluation based on Indeed data. Attendees can also create an Indeed account on the spot and get access to more detailed data.
Side-by-Side.
Roadshow Activation.
Uplevel job seekers' chances! During this activation participants as well as spectators can have some fun and training. Interviewee evaluates their interviewing strengths on a tablet given by a job coach prior to a public mock interview. Job coach conducts mock interview in front of an audience. Job coach evaluates the interviewee's strengths on a tablet. Two evaluation results are compared side-by-side on a big screen. Comparison can be downloaded and forwarded to the interviewee. It is a learning and coaching experience that can be very helpful for attendees. Anonymized side-by-side results are displayed of a large screen during the whole roadshow and serve as an attraction.
The Interview Show.

Brought to the audience in a format of a late night show, the interview show is a great example of a mock interview and some fun. The talk show-like format is catered to a small audience and is focused on local professional and educational communities. An actor interviewer can be paired with a volunteer from the audience or with a pre-selected Indeed member who will play the interviewee part. Or the volunteer audience member interviewer can be paired with an actor interviewee. In both scenarios prior script and planning is required, but there still will be a place for improvisation and unexpected fun.
Genius Bar.

Experts at the bar are ready to solve attendees' problems and teach them features of Indeed platform. Best practices and platform information will be served to the qualified attendees.
Data Data Revolution.
Trade Show Activation.
Targeted data from Indeed platform is displayed on the main screen. Hiring questions are asked and participants need to respond rapidly based on the data. Answer is selected by stepping on the right button on the floor controller. This is a race against the clock with a leaderboard displaying top times.
